5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. TechEcho is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds on Successful Purchases: Once a purchase is completed and payment is successfully received, no refunds will be issued. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Return of Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost or a full refund at our discretion.

Unused Items: Unused items may be exchanged for a different variant or size within 7 days of purchase, subject to condition verification. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
