⚠️ No Refunds on Successful Purchases

TechEcho's products are non-refundable once successfully delivered and paid for. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

1. Policy Overview

TechEcho is an online marketplace offering a wide range of products. Once an order is paid in full and successfully delivered, it is non-refundable. We encourage customers to review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

2. What is NOT Refundable

The following purchases are absolutely non-refundable:

  • Physical products once successfully delivered to the provided address
  • Digital products or services once accessed or downloaded
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used, damaged, or altered products due to customer misuse
  • Orders placed during flash sales or special promotions
  • Discounted or clearance merchandise

3. Exchanges (If Available)

If an order contains defects or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange for a different size or variant (if available) within 7 days of delivery. Conditions for exchanges:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of defect with photographs
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange will be shipped to you at no additional cost

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-functional product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification:

  • We will send you a replacement product at no cost
  • We will arrange pickup of the defective item from your address
  • We may request photos or video evidence of the defect
  • After verification, processing typically takes 3-5 business days

Note: No refund will be issued for defective products; replacement is the only option.

5. Payment Processing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or double-charged due to a payment processing error, please contact us immediately with proof of the error (transaction receipt, payment confirmation, bank statement). We will investigate and process a refund if an error is confirmed. This must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.

6. Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged twice for a single purchase due to system error, please contact our support team immediately with proof of the duplicate charges. We will refund the duplicate amount within5-7 business days to your original payment method.

7. How to Request Refund for Errors

For legitimate refund requests (duplicate charges, payment errors only):

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
  2. Provide proof of the error (transaction receipts, bank statements, etc.)
  3. Include a detailed explanation of the issue
  4. We will investigate within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  6. Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days

8. Change of Mind

Change of mind is NOT a valid reason for refund. We have a strict no-refund policy on purchases where the customer simply changes their mind. Check product details, dimensions, specifications, and customer reviews carefully before purchasing.

9. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an unpaid order, you must do so within 1 hour of order placement. Cancellations after this period cannot be guaranteed. Once payment is received, cancellation and refund are not permitted.

10. Chargeback & Bank Claims

We do not encourage initiating chargebacks or bank claims against us. If you dispute a transaction through your bank without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be flagged and permanently banned from future purchases
  • You will be liable for any legal or processing fees we incur
  • We may report the dispute to relevant authorities

11. Special Circumstances

TechEcho may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any requests for exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with valid justification and supporting documents.

12. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are explicitly non-refundable under ALL circumstances:

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items
  • Items purchased during promotional/clearance events
  • Intimate apparel or personal hygiene products (if opened)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products
